Things happen, life happens!! If you are 15- 30 minutes late to your appointment a late will be added to your total. If you're gonna be more than 30-60mins late you will need to contact me to reschedule. You still may be able to get serviced.

If you no call/no show for a scheduled appointment and system trys to process your payment and it gets declined. This fee will be automatically added to your next appointment or schedule service.

If you need me to pre purchase any hair for you before your appointment. Including braiding hair (specific colors) or crochet hair. The total price of the hair and this fee will need to be paid in advance unless I've stated otherwise.

Have a hair emergency, or did someone cancel on you. Same day squeeze Ins can help. Must be pre-approved. If the time needed is outside of reg. Business hours a VIP appointment would be needed as well. Only available for certain styles.
